Cleopatra was a woman of power, beauty, ambitious, Pharoah and goddess, but she was also a mother and a wife. She was a complex and intelligent woman. I have long been a lover of ancient Egypt and really enjoyed it and felt like I was in back in Alexandria with all of its glory. And the alternate ending was very different to the history I know, but it worked for me.
