Pages & Perks Loyalty Program: Earn rewards on a wide range of purchases including books, gifts, stationery, cards, special customer orders, games, puzzles, and art supplies. Please note that local artists' work and gift voucher transactions (including purchasing or redemption) are excluded from this program.
How it Works:
- Free to join
- How to join: Create a Pages & Perks Loyalty Account with us.
- Earn Rewards: Spend $20 or more (either in-store or online purchases) and receive 1 point per $1 spent.
- Active Points: Your rewards become active once your loyalty balance reaches $10.
- Redemption Limit: A maximum of 50% of the transaction value can be redeemed per purchase.
- Maintain Points: To retain your accumulated points, make at least one purchase every six months.
Boost Your Rewards:
- Double Points Titles: Look for selected "Double Loyalty Point Books" each month to earn double rewards.
- Birthday Bonus: All purchases made during your birthday month will earn you double points. This is a one-off coupon for 10% to be redeemed within 14 days of your birthday.
- Referring Friends: Receive a one-off discount code for each successful referral for both you and your friend to be used within 14 days.
- Newsletter Sign-Up: 50 bonus points when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Social Media Review: Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Share a positive book review from your recent purchase from us as well as mention and tag us on your post on your social media to earn extra 150 points (so we can also share your review on our social media). Receipt will be required for proof of purchase for allocation of points.
Terms and Conditions:
- Point Expiry: As long as your account remains active, your points will not expire.
- Account Inactivity: If no purchases are made within a six-month period, your points will expire, and your loyalty program membership will lapse.
- Exclusions: Gift voucher transactions (both purchase and redemption) as well as local artist’s works are excluded from the loyalty program.
- Non-Transferrable: Loyalty points cannot be transferred to other members.
- Redemption: Points are redeemable only towards purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit of any other kind. Points are nonrefundable. Rewards credits cannot be used towards a layby.
- Refunds for transactions purchased using points and cash will only have the cash amount refunded as a store credit and reward points are nonrefundable.
- Program Changes: Management reserves the right to modify the loyalty and discount programs and their terms at any time, without prior notice.
